No. But no to the counter argumant as well. I personally don't see your characters as ones that would side with the nocten, however it's your choice as to what you do. So I'm not suggesting either. You choose.

Indeed. However, like with colours, you could count each combination of any number of the 7 and original plot as well, but secondary original plots.

if the 7 plots are red, blue, and yellow, than any initial combinations of those would be like green, orange, purple. And so on and so on. However, at a certain point, you've combined each as many times as coherantly possible, which is where we are now in society. That's why these days it's imepritively hard to come up with anything that is truley 100% original.

$50 says that there is a secret 8th plot, as with everything else like that.
